Need to butter up your amore on Valentine's Day? One option is an evening of wine and sexy sax at Love in the Park at Huizenga Plaza in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Entry to the event will get you and your date a bottle of wine from Tuscany Wines and tapas-style treats, like cheese and breads, to go with the vino. Jazz musician Euge Groove will perform, and some of the proceeds will benefit Riverwalk Trust and Wheels for Kids.
The Fresh Market -- which opened this week in Fort Lauderdale -- and Broward-Palm Beach New Times are among the sponsors of the event, which starts at 6 p.m. The cost is $125 for two general-admission passes or $175 for two VIP tickets.
