It’s sort of the opposite of Turducken: Sublime, the gourmet vegetarian restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, has announced its Thanksgiving menu:
— Waldorf salad (apples, celery, raisins, and walnuts)
— Choice of “turkey” made from Gardein, or Roasted Acorn Squash with quinoa stuffing — both accompanied by fresh green beans, button mushrooms, and cranberry sauce.
— Pumpkin “cheesecake” with an almond nut crust.
It’s $49 for adults, $29 for kids unless you reserve by November 22 — then it’s $10 off per person.
