Support the independent voice of South Florida and help keep the future of New Times free.

Although Clean Plate Charlie is the only food blog you need to read on a daily basis, some people just can't get enough. Here are some highlights of other food blogs to keep you going.

Chow and Chatter is a little cluttered with the banners and side bars, but the content is worth wading through the site. Check out this post on La Bonne Crepe in Fort Lauderdale.

Worst Pizza is always on top of where to find the best and worst pies, and they finally highlighted one of my favorite pizza joints in Lake Worth: Dom Louies.

Maybe a self serving post, but you've got to like Eat Me Daily's take on how food writing in magazines is still alive and well, despite The Gourmet's demise.

One of the most entertaining and well written blogs around, Anthony Bourdain might not update daily, but when he does, it's always a great read.

Finally, if you're in need of a good laugh, check out Cake Wrecks. Nothing like seeing cakes of limbless, pregnant torsos filled with karate babies.

Keep New Times Broward-Palm Beach Free... Since we started New Times Broward-Palm Beach, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of South Florida, and we would like to keep it that way. Offering our readers free access to incisive coverage of local news, food and culture. Producing stories on everything from political scandals to the hottest new bands, with gutsy reporting, stylish writing, and staffers who've won everything from the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi feature-writing award to the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism. But with local journalism's existence under siege and advertising revenue setbacks having a larger impact, it is important now more than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism. You can help by participating in our "I Support" membership program, allowing us to keep covering South Florida with no paywalls.
