Support the independent voice of South Florida and help keep the future of New Times free.

Although Clean Plate Charlie is the only food blog you really need to read daily, some people just can't get enough. Here are some highlights of other food blogs.

It's hard to call The Amateur Gastronomer anything but a professional. Well, maybe she's not getting paid for the blog, but with posts like this one on an unheralded wine from New York, she's writing like a seasoned veteran.

I stumbled on Blind Mind a couple days ago, thanks to this post on seven meals in seven nights, and I'm glad I did. Check out the whole series for a great tour of some of South Florida's finest eateries.

...and the eggs continues their cooking school series with special guest blogger Linda Lou.

Foodtastic is focusing on restaurant reviews lately with the most recent being Moonchine Asian Bistro.

Finally, no week is complete without a good slice of pizza. Worst Pizza is the definitive place to check out where you can find the best pie in South Florida. I might have to check out Hot Pie Pizza in West Palm based on this review.

Keep New Times Broward-Palm Beach Free... Since we started New Times Broward-Palm Beach, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of South Florida, and we would like to keep it that way. Offering our readers free access to incisive coverage of local news, food and culture. Producing stories on everything from political scandals to the hottest new bands, with gutsy reporting, stylish writing, and staffers who've won everything from the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi feature-writing award to the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism. But with local journalism's existence under siege and advertising revenue setbacks having a larger impact, it is important now more than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism. You can help by participating in our "I Support" membership program, allowing us to keep covering South Florida with no paywalls.
