Next Tuesday, April 28, begins an eight-week series of winetastings at Cacao Restaurant

Local sommelier Richard DiGiacomo will host the tastings every Tuesday at 6 p.m. The first event will be "Stimulating Conversation," in which participants can learn about the art of winetasting. May 5 brings a "Bubble Bath" savoring of Champagnes and sparkling wines. Subsequent weeks will bring tastings of Pinot Noirs, Tempranillos, Cabernets, South American wines, and so forth. The final gathering, on June 16, will be a tasting of "extraordinary beers."
Cost is $35 and includes hors d'oeuvres. 305-445-1001.
