Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar Opening in Boca Raton, Hosting Job Fair

Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar, an upscale restaurant offering gourmet burgers and paired wine selections, will open soon at the Town Center mall in Boca Raton. For those looking to score a position at the new restaurant, a job fair will run through February 23.

This will be the tenth East Coast location for Zinbuger, which opened its first restaurant several years ago in New Jersey. The chain is known for serving made-to-order burgers, hand-dipped shakes and floats, pies, and 23 wine varieties.

The job fair will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day through February 23. Nearly 150 positions are available including bartenders, servers, front desk host and hostess positions, busser, line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, and meat grinders.

"Zinburger definitely has a culture of hospitality. It is very important that all our employees know that guests come first," said Megan Clarke, director of training. "We treat them like they are at our home and they are our personal guests."

Each burger at Zinburger is scratch-made and cooked to order on a griddle in their own juices. The certified Angus beef and American-style Kobe beef are ground fresh twice a day. Signature burgers include the Zinburger with Manchego cheese and zinfandel braised onions; and the Kobe burger with Vermont cheddar and wild mushrooms.

In addition to gourmet burgers, Zinburger also offers a turkey burgers, turkey Sloppy Joes, an ahi tuna burger, veggie burger, two chicken sandwiches, and five salads. A dessert menu features old fashioned banana cream and chocolate cream pies.

If wine isn't your thing, Zinburger also offers a full bar with cocktails, approximately 20 microbrews (including eight on tap), and a wine menu that includes more than 20 varieties priced from $5.50 to $12.50 a glass. On Wednesdays there are half-price bottles of wine, and happy hour (weekdays from 3-6 p.m.) features discounts on beer and cocktails, $5 Plain and Simple burgers, and half-price sides including truffle, zucchini, sweet potato, and hand-cut fries.

The 5,638-square-foot Boca Raton restaurant will also feature 11 TVs located in both the restaurant and bar area, as well as large outdoor patio with a fire pit and lounge seating.
