Closer Look: Runas Peruvian Cuisine in Hollywood

At Runas Peruvian Cusine, you’ll find a half-dozen traditional varieties of ceviche that expertly balance the tart marinade with a combination of boiled sweet potato served cold, oversized kernels of corn known as choclo, and a crown of julienne red onion. Says general manager and co-owner Tony Domiguez: “We’re doing Peruvian food the way we know it and love it but also in a way that is easy for others less familiar with our cuisine to experience it."
