Over forty restaurants, and over forty wineries paired. (Craft beers and other alcohol were also available.) Foodies and boozehounds united last night at the Fourth-Annual New Times Pairings. It was a night when delectable dishes from the area's most notorious restaurants were expertly paired with wines from local and international wineries. We love to eat and drink at the same time -- and Pairings let us do that properly.
