Gold Coast Derby Grrls vs. Fort Myers Derby Girls.

The Gold Coast Derby Grrls took on the Fort Myers Derby Girls at the War Memorial Auditorium August 27th. Gold Coast dominated the entire match and the final score was 127 to 77. There were not only hard hits being taken but one derby girl was knocked unconscious. Another racer had to have her arm put back in its socket while on the track. Before the main event there was a black and white scrimmage with some of the best derby girls in the country participating. The white team took home the victory honors. Overall it was a night of hard hitting gals who don't mess around on roller skates.
