Festival attendees gathered at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach Friday night for a taste of the best restaurants across the nation at Wine Spectator's Best of the Best. Local chefs included Sean Brasel (Meat Market), Joel Huff (Azul), Alejandro Pinero (Sustain Restaurant + Bar), Jarrod Verbiak (DB Bistro Moderne), Paula DaSilva (1500° at Eden Roc), and Peter Vauthy (Red, the Steakhouse). Patrons also enjoyed wines rated 90 points or higher on Wine Spectator's scale.
