At 11:15 a.m. today, a judge will decide if the sale of Ponzi schemer Sean Healy‘s ridiculously luxe mansion will go through for $2.46 million. On July 13, the judge had put a “telephone conference call” of the hearing in the hands of court-appointed receiver Melanie Damian, but just yesterday, the judge released instructions for anyone to join in. See how after the jump:

In an order filed yesterday in the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the judge instructed:

2. All participants in the telephone conference, including any interested parties who may wish to participate in the telephone conference, are directed to join the telephone conference by calling 888-684-8852, and entering access code 2787263 and password 94623#.

Healy’s multimillion-dollar mansion had been on the market for months when, in June, an offer came through for more than $500K above its appraisal value. Miami-based realtor Doreen Marina was confident that the judge in Pennsylvania — where Healy’s Ponzi victims lived — would approve the sale after Marina gathered data on other homes in the neighborhood.

“I got the highest price per square foot in all the subdivisions: Weston Hills, the Reserves, Windmill Ranch, Windmill Lakes… It was a coup,” Marina said on July 14.
