In case you haven't heard, one particular intersection on Las Olas Boulevard has implemented a bizarre pedestrian flag program. The goal: to help pedestrians be more visible by waving a flag as they cross the street. But when the flags got stolen, we had to explore alternative methods of safely crossing the street.
