Palm Beach’s version of Let’s Make a Deal Oh Pleasepleaseplease kicks off Wednesday, September 1, with the debut of Flavor Palm Beach for 2010.

This third-annual promo to get you out of your house and into a local restaurant runs the entire month of September and features three-course, $20, prix fixe lunches and $30 dinners at more than 30 area eateries. All you do is call the restaurant directly to make reservations (which often are required) or make them at opentable.com.

You can see a list of the restaurants and their Flavor menus here. But if you’re too lazy to work your little mousie, here are a few examples.

At Café Chardonnay

dinner choices include watermelon, arugula, and feta salad with champagne

vinaigrette; pan-roasted swordfish Milanese; and chocolate-raspberry

terrine. Among City Fish Market’s

dinner items are crisp, sweet-spicy, Thai chili calamari; Hong Kong-style
