women and locals looking for an authentic Irish experience — or at
least something different from the usual Clematis Street vibe.

Sit down for some Irish fare, have a Guinness, play darts, or shoot
some pool. Plenty of seating is available in the main or side game room.
Or if you prefer the outdoors, there are seats on the sidewalk out
front and a courtyard in the back. After-happy-hour activities include
live music on the stage in the main room or bar games like poker or
trivia in which the winner gets his or her tab comped.

O’Shea’s is also the first bar in Florida to feature a Draft Master,
which allows you to pour your own Guinness and/or Harp at a specially
made circular table. The Draft Master is priced by the ounce, not the
glass, but the discount is priced into the machine during happy hour.

The verdict: It may not be the cheapest happy hour in the
area. But in this town, it’s pretty good. And if you’re just here for
lunch or dinner, a little discount on the drink side of the bill is
welcome. Who knows? You might even meet your future mate.
