Heroes on Display

Do a good deed this Friday for our hotties, err, heroes. Homes for American Heroes presents 12 Months of Heroes, an interactive muscled voting event, at Pangaea Lounge. The heroes will be on display in all their rippled goodness for your votes. They are competing for places in the 2014 12 Months of Heroes Calendar. Men and women of military backgrounds will shake their little tushes on the catwalk. Then they’ll prove their hero-dom with a story of why they deserve your votes. Each attendee gets to participate in the voting. Pangaea Lounge goes bonkers over a silent auction for an immediate date with a hero in the VIP section. Cost for the event is $25 and scores you a free drink upon arrival. All proceeds will benefit Homes for American Heroes, a local 501(c)(3) charity that assists veterans with resources for postmilitary life, including housing. Join 12 Months for Heroes this Friday from 7 to 10 p.m. at Pangaea Lounge at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, located at 1 Seminole Way in Hollywood. Visit eventbrite.com, or 954-358-9114.
