If you like rock-n-roll à la español, chances are you know who Gustavo Cerati is. He’s the former frontman of Soda Stereo — the patriarchal trio behind the sound of contemporary Latin rock music and considered by most to be the best Latin rock band of all time. Cerati was named Argentina’s Artist of the Decade and has won four Latin Grammy Awards (including Best Rock Solo Vocal Album and Best Rock Song). His album Ahi Vamos sold 50,000 copies in 24 hours — that should make his influences, such as David Bowie and King Crimson, proud. He has done it all, from incorporating electronica and orchestral arrangements into his music, to playing full stadiums from Buenos Aires to Los Angeles. And now the Latin rock legend is coming to South Florida to promote his latest album, Fuerza Natural. The show starts at 8 p.m. at the American Airlines Arena’s Waterfront Theater (601 Biscayne Blvd., Miami). Tickets cost $46.75 to $66.75. Call 800-745-3000 or visit ticketmaster.com.
