The Messed Up Show and the Monterey Club bring the Extremely Brutal Monster Mash to Mickey's Bar in Pompano Beach on Saturday for a night of hard-core metal mania with local bands Echoes of a Nightmare, Dark Legacy, Faethom, Murder Suicide, Half Dead, and Death Crowned King. Although the night will consist of more monster moshing and biker mayhem, the event is family-friendly, with everyone 21 and over receiving a wristband at the door. The cover is $8, with several opportunities to win costume contests, including free merch and gift cards to Regal Cinemas. Zombie nurses will be on-site to administer plenty of candy, shot specials, and $2 PBRs all night. Extremely Brutal Monster Mash takes place from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. Saturday at Mickey's Bar, 350 SW 12th Ave. in Pompano Beach.
