Back in 2005, Chris Tucker got pulled over by the no-good fuzz for driving 109 miles per hour down a Georgia highway in his Bentley Continental. Supposedly, he told the cops he was in a rush because he was late for church. He still got arrested. And then the next month, Tucker was called as a witness in a Michael Jackson sex trial and testified favorably for MJ. Now, that's a stand-up dude. To top it all off, before rising to worldwide stoner fame for his role as Smokey alongside unapologetic gangsta Ice Cube in the movie Friday, Chris played a character named Johnny Booze in the unheralded American movie classic House Party 3. It's an established fact in Hollywood cinema that Kid 'N Play movie bit players go on to become millionaires. Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at the Fillmore Miami Beach (1700 Washington Ave., Miami Beach), Chris Tucker will show why he makes more money in two days than we do in ten years. He's that funny. Tickets cost $55.50 to $75. Call 305-673-7300, or visit fillmoremb.com.
