He resigned (was fired) after only a few weeks for saying Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb was overrated because the media wanted to see a black quarterback succeed.

To be fair to Limbaugh though, at the time he made those statements it had only been 15 years since Doug Williams was the winning quarterback and MVP of Super Bow XXII.

And for the record, the Rams have three quarterbacks on their current roster: Kyle Boller, Marc Bulger, and Keith Null.

All three are white.
