Our flagship IPA features a huge citrus and tropical fruit hop character from the Mosaic, Citra & El Dorado hops and softer, smoother mouthfeel from the adjusted water chemistry, higher protein malts, and lower attenuation. The end result is a beer reminiscent of citrus juice with extra pulp, thus the name Juicy Bits.

Imperial Berliner brewed with a copious amount of FRESH boysenberries, a touch of spice, and lactose. A literal boysenberry muffin in your mouth. Pours a deep purple with a thin, purplish hued head. Robust aroma of fresh pressed berries with a touch of sugar and spice. A jam-filled flavor explosion with a full, soft mouthfeel. Rolls across the pallet with pronounced berry tartness, emerging to a slight spice, and finishes clean and smooth. Dangerously easy to drink, yet Imperially robust at 8.8% ABV.
Duchesse de Bourgogne
6.2% ABV Sour - Flanders Red Ale. Duchesse de bourgogne from brouwerij verhaeghe is the traditional flemish red ale. This refreshing ale is matured in oak casks; smooth with a rich texture and interplay of passion fruit, and chocolate, and a long, dry and acidic finish. After the first and secondary fermentation, the beer goes for maturation into the oak barrels for 18 months. The final product is a blend of younger 8 months old beer with 18 months old beer. The average age of the duchesse de bourgogne before being bottled is 12 months.
