Cypress Creek Natural Area

This Jupiter park is home to a whopping 2,000+ acres that encompass seven ecosystems. That's mesic flatwoods, wet flatwoods, hydric hammock, wet prairie, depression marsh, dome swamp, and blackwater stream. In this vast natural wonderland, there are plants and animals of all kinds, from eastern narrowmouth toads and pine snakes to water hickories and sugarberries. While much of it is isolated for environmental restoration, the public can bike, hike and horseback ride on the historic Jupiter-Indiantown Trail.
