The physician assister of suicides, Jack Kevorkian, lives for the limelight, and he got an extra big ego boost yesterday. First he got the chance to rant and rave at KCBS's Carey Codd. (Great interview, Jack -- you totally didn't sound like a street preacher that time!)
Then he climbed up to the stage and -- like a Nazi version of Carrot Top -- Kevorkian revealed a flag with a swastika and asked everyone to say the Pledge of Allegience. Subtle.
Clearly, Kevorkian wants to have a reasoned, civil debate about euthanasia.
