Possible Suicide in West Palm Beach as Woman Falls to Her Death

Report of a possible suicide in West Palm Beach has emerged as a woman apparently jumped to her death from a parking garage.

Police were called to downtown West Palm by several witnesses who saw the woman leap off the garage around 8:30 this morning.

The Palm Beach Post reports that a woman's body was found on Gardenia Street next to the Gardenia parking garage off Quadrille Boulevard near CityPlace.

Police covered the woman's body as crime-scene investigators tried to determine the events that led to the woman's death.

According to the witnesses who called police, it appeared as if the woman jumped rather than fell.

But police are not saying yet exactly the cause of the incident.

We'll update this post as more information becomes available.
