Yes, the guy who voluntarily flew back from Morocco, who was quite obviously speaking to federal prosecutors about what evidence he could offer in exchange for a reduced sentence, and who last month turned himself in without incident. That guy’s pleading guilty.
The real suspense: What kind of gifts did Rothstein wrap up for Christmas and deposit under the feds’ tree? Politicians? Bankers? Cops?
