Chances are, your average line cook knows how to make a beurre blanc sauce, hates those coffee-filter chef's hats, despises the wait staff, and, more and more these days, has a few tattoos hiding under his chef whites. It seems those who work in the back and front of the house are often inked. So we set off to document some of South Florida's best restaurant tattoos and ask why cooks and servers so often get tats.
