Wine Down

Thursday nights mark a tipping point in the week. The weekend is almost in sight, and there's a lot to look forward to; we can taste the finish line. Enjoy de-stressing from a week of work and prepare for the weekend with a glass of wine in hand and an appreciation for cheese at An Evening of Wine and Jazz. The event will be held at Stache 1920's Drinking Den, presented in conjunction with Coastal Wine & Spirits. From 7 to 9 p.m., taste nine selections of wine, choose cheese to accompany each wine, and listen to soothing live jazz from the Bobby Lee Rogers Jazz Trio. Tickets cost $40 per guest for the night. Each guest will receive a one-ounce sample of each wine on display and a three-ounce glass after choosing three favorites. The wines selected for tasting will also be available for purchase at discounted rates. Tickets also include an entry into a raffle for a chance to win a bottle of BV Georges De Latour, valued at $100. Visit stacheftl.com.
