Steak 954: Chef Jason Smith and crew will pay tribute to Mom with a decadent brunch available from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m., with newfangled goods like Oscar Benedict with lump crab meat and asparagus and Nutella and banana crepes. The tribute continues for dinner, where 954 will serve local yellowfin tuna with oyster mushrooms and apple gastrique, pan-roasted shrimp with edamame (get it, Mommie) succotash, and a chocolate-lavender martini concocted just for those special ladies out there. Morton's, the Steakhouse: And now for a 180 -- Morton's, the Steakhouse is offering a meaty meal for Mama that starts with a classic caesar or Morton's salad (blue cheese, chopped egg, anchovy) before segueing into a single-cut filet mignon, fillet Oskar, shrimp Alexander, broiled salmon, or shrimp Christopher. For dessert: crème brûlée or double chocolate mousse. $59 per person from 3 to 9 p.m. Three locations.
