Margate Citizens Protest Mosque's Imam
Roughly 100 protesters demonstrated outside Masjid Jamaat Al-Mumineen mosque in Margate on June 7th, 2011 in an attempt to get the mosque shut down. The protest came in response to the arrest of 24-year-old Izhar Khan -- the mosque's imam -- who pleaded not guilty late last week to charges of supporting the Pakistani Taliban.
