Every year, a good portion of Ultra Music Festival attendees put in a lot of effort to stand out from the pack. From your classic neon colors and furry boots to custom homemade costumes, a few festival-goers got their moment in the spotlight at Bayfront Park. Here are some of the best outfits we spotted.
