Congratulations, you made it through yet another working week. You might as well give yourself a pat on the back to celebrate — or better yet, a drink or three. This weekend in Broward and Palm Beach counties, choose from Oktoberfest specials, a pop-up beer dinner, a tasting tour, and more for your fun foodie events.

Friday

Toasts, Tastes, and Trolleys
Starting at Boca Raton Resort & Club (501 E. Camino Real, Boca Raton), the Toasts, Tastes, and Trolleys tour transports guests by trolley to local sites for bites and specialty drinks. Stops include Ruth Chris Steakhouse, Mizner’s Dream at Marina One catered by Rio Gourmet, Yoko-San Sushi Lounge, and M.E.A.T. Eatery & Taproom. Of course, the event ends with dessert, which will be back at the resort. Dinner starts at 6 and ends at 11 p.m. Attire is tropical causal and admission is $125. Pop-up Beer Dinner at Warsaw Coffee Co.
Warsaw Coffee Company (815 NE 13th St., Fort Lauderdale) has collaborated with Peak Organic Brewing for a beer pairing dinner. Chef Jason will create the four courses which will each be paired with a Peak Organic beer. Courses include broccoli timbale, spinach and carrot shrimp ravioli, Fall spiced filet and chocolate espresso panna cotta. Admission is $60. Hardy Park Bistro’s Summer Nights Pop-Up Dinner Series

The third Hardy Park Bistro’s Summer Nights Pop-Up Dinner Series will take place at C&I Studios (541 NW First Ave., Fort Lauderdale). Dinner will be four courses with wine and beer pairings by Stacole Fine Wines and Stephens Distributing. Dishes include picnic baskets, fruit chutney and baguette, Aussie burgers, bratwurst, lemon and thyme roasted chicken platter and more. There will also be a specialty cocktail hour along with live music from Joshua Diaz. Oktoberfest at Whole Foods in Pompano
Whole Foods in Pompano (2411 N. Federal Highway, Pompano Beach) is hosting Oktoberfest specials on Friday at 6:30 p.m. Featured will be Oktoberfest beer and brats for the monthly beer tasting. Saturday

Dada’s 15th Anniversary Party
Dada (52 N. Swinton Ave., Delray Beach) is celebrating its 15th birthday in the best way it knows how: with a party. Present at this festivity is an open bar, free drinks from midnight to 2 a.m. and free appetizers after midnight, two bands, and more. There will also be specialty drinks by Dobel, Death's Door Gin, Tito's, Tucher beer, Conch rum, and champagne. Visit dadadelray.com.


End of Summer Home Brew at Craft Beer Cartel

One of Julian Siegel’s brainchildren Craft Beer Cartel (557 SW 12th Ave., Fort Lauderdale) has paired up with Yoga Gangsters, a nonprofit organization that empowers youth through yoga and positivity, for their newest event. The End of Summer Home Brew allows guests to sample home brewed beer after getting flexible with a 75-minute yoga class. The winner of the home brew competition will be able to brew with Wynwood Brewing. Yoga starts at 4 right across the street at Riverside Park (555 SW 11th Ave., Fort Lauderdale) and the contest starts at 5:30 p.m. at Craft Beer Cartel. Tickets are $15 for only the home brew and $25 for the yoga class, home brew admission, and one People’s Choice vote. 

American Social
For Oktoberfest season, American Social (721 E. Las Olas Blvd., Fort Lauderdale) will feature a limited-time menu and beers both Saturday and Sunday. Featured food will be wiener schnitzel, bratwurst, potato pancakes and more. Beers featured will be Concrete Beach Brewery’s Floridafest, Sierra Nevada's Oktoberfest, and Shiner Oktoberfest. Rebel With a Cause (Rescheduled)
It's OK to be rebellious, and in this case, it's for a great cause. Taking place at the eclectic Rebel House (297 E. Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton), Rebel With a Cause is a fundraiser hosted by Abi's Place, a nonprofit dedicated to providing therapeutic and educational services to children with disabilities. The donation cost of this event is $75 and includes admission, appetizers, two craft cocktails, and access to prizes.This event starts at 5:30 p.m. Visit smartcrowdz.com.


All Weekend Long

Dine Out Fort Lauderdale
