Fondue restaurant the Melting Pot is holding a fundraiser this weekend at Dillard's at the Galleria Mall -- and there's absolutely no cheese involved!

The Melting Pot will hold its fifth-annual Really, Really Big Chinese Auction and Really, Really Small, Quiet Auction Fondue-raiser to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.

If you haven't participated in a Chinese auction, it's basically an item-specific raffle. Participants purchase tickets (one for $3, two for $5, five for $10) and place their tickets in the bin for the corresponding prize they would like to win.

There are 116 prizes up for grabs in the Chinese auction, including a chance to swim with the dolphins at Miami Seaquarium, art, gift baskets, hotel stays, and restaurant gift certificates. The raffles will be drawn Sunday at 4 p.m., and you don't have to be present to win.

Even if you don't win a prize, you win. All participants who buy at least one ticket will receive a card redeemable for a chocolate fondue at the Melting Pot.

You'll also be helping children fight cancer -- which makes you a complete and total winner. Here's a video of some of the kids of St. Jude rocking out at Christmas:
