Sure, we think Slow Food Truck has some great grub. After all, we just named them "Best Food Truck" for their, "buttery lobster roll ($15, in season), filled with chunks of sweet, pink crustacean meat", among other things.

Soon, however, admiration for SFT will become global. Eat St., the Cooking Channel series that features food trucks in all their glory, has just aired their 62nd episode in Canada, featuring south Florida's own Slow Food Truck.
