Subway is offering a much healthier deal this month - but there's one catch...
Through the entire month of April Subway is giving away one free 6" sandwich with every 6" sandwich purchase. That means you can get both breakfast and lunch for the price of one. The catch? You have to buy it before 9am.
According to Subway's nutritional information they currently offer 13 lunch and 11 breakfast sandwiches clocking in under 250 calories with 6 grams of fat or less!
Subway also has a team of nutrition experts offering up advice on making healthy choices (if you're into that sort of thing). Lanette Kovachi, Subway's corporate dietitian for the last eight years, suggests "choosing a breakfast sandwich that contains a good source of fiber and protein, but not high in calories." With all the options Subway has to offer, eating healthy just got a whole lot easier.
