The economy may continue to circle the drain, but that doesn't mean the restaurant scene in South Florida has stagnated. July saw the openings of restaurants from Lake Worth to Pembroke Pines and everywhere in between, from fine dining (Italian Red Sauce and Stephane's) to quick hits (Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and E&J's Sandwich Shop). Find a list of recently opened restaurants, as well as closings and pending projects, after the jump. And in case you missed last month's roundup, click here for a roll call reminder.
