Normally, invasions are not considered a good thing but this time, it’s an exception. Over 20 food trucks will be taking over Cooper City’s at Brian Piccolo Park, (9501 Sheridan St., Cooper City). This event starts at 5 p.m. and features trucks such as Cheesezilla, Conch Shack, Gene's Joint, HipPOPs Handcrafted Gelato Bars and more.
