10. Mai Kai

In addition to the kitschy retro ambiance, the Polynesian hideaway offers some pretty awesome deals. Everyday from 5 to 7 p.m. -- 4:30 p.m. Saturdays -- the Molokai Bar offers 50 percent off appetizers and drinks. That includes everything minus bottles of wine, champagne, sidewinders fang, and the mystery drink. On Wednesdays, a complimentary buffet is offered for individuals who spend more than ten bucks.

9. Blue Martini

If you're looking for an after-work view -- and no, we don't mean South Florida's beautiful sunsets -- Blue Martini has some killer happy-hour deals. Every day from 2 to 8 p.m. and Sundays from 4 to 8 p.m., the spot offers half off all drinks at the bar and 30 to 50 percent off apps. And it's the perfect opportunity to hunt for cougars or that middle-aged bachelor, of course.

8. 75 Main

It's not often that you get a deal on food prepared by Mark Millitello. But 75 Main offers a special rotating menu by the star chef himself. Snacks run under $10 from 4 to 8 p.m. every day. Specialty drinks, which normally go for $14, are just $7 during the hours of happiness, and house wines are five bucks.

7. Lantana Jacks

A short drive from Palm Beach can take you to a whole new world. And yeah, cocktails can help. Right on Dixie Highway in Lantana, Lantana Jack's offers many a drink special, but happy hour is the best of all. From 4 to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, the bar offers 50 percent off draft beers, $3 "you call it" bottles, $4.50 house wines, and 50 percent off well spirits and specialty cocktails. Food specials are offered as well.

6. Cut 432

Few people say they don't enjoy nice restaurants; most just don't like the prices. That's where happy hour comes in handy. Every day from 5 to 7 p.m., Delray Beach's swanky Cut 432 offers happy-hour deals that anyone can afford. Specialty cocktails go for a measly five bucks. House beers are $4. House wines cost just $3. Plus the spot has a $5 happy-hour menu including dishes like sliders, oysters Rockefeller, truffle fries, Brussel sprouts, and more.

5. Imoto at Buccan

Nothing beats good, inexpensive sushi. Monday through Friday from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., this upscale sushi spot offers half off a select sushi menu, including select rolls, sashimi, and nigiri. Wines by the glass, beer, and a limited specialty cocktail menu are also half off.

4. Tap 42

Let's be honest: After being locked up in a cubicle all day, it's nice to be outdoors. Well, from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, Tap 42 features $3 off everything behind the bar except specially and beer cocktails. The spot also offers a $7 happy-hour menu including wings, fish dip, sliders, mussels, and fries.

3. Thasos Greek Taverna

Most of the time when you're thinking Fort Lauderdale beach, you're thinking serious daytime drinking -- not happy hour. Thasos offers an alternative. The posh restaurant and bar offers a great happy hour with a selection of $7 drinks and wine from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. The restaurant also sends out free -- yes, free -- appetizers.

1. Kapow! Noodle Bar

With an indoor/outdoor bar, cool tunes, inventive cocktails, and Asian-inspired food, Kapow! offers a fun, laid-back option for those looking to pep up the last hours of the day.
