Support the independent voice of South Florida and help keep the future of New Times free.

So it's Friday at 3 p.m., and you're starting to eye the clock ticking away on the bottom righthand corner of your screen. But you've got no weekend plans, you hard-to-please foodie you. We know what you need. You need a Saturday stroll through a badass greenmarket, where you can get locally produced honey, fresh produce, homemade vittles, soaps, potpourri, imported ethnic products, fresh baked bread, tropical preserves, cooking demos, and horticulture highlights. Check out the Upper East Side Garden Greenmarket for all this and more taking place tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The weekly event goes down at Legion Park, Biscayne Boulevard and 66th St. in Miami. For vendor info call 305-775-2166.

By the way: Bonus points go to whomever can tell us the name of the album cover above. The name has been removed to make it a touch tougher.

Keep New Times Broward-Palm Beach Free... Since we started New Times Broward-Palm Beach, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of South Florida, and we would like to keep it that way. Offering our readers free access to incisive coverage of local news, food and culture. Producing stories on everything from political scandals to the hottest new bands, with gutsy reporting, stylish writing, and staffers who've won everything from the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi feature-writing award to the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism. But with local journalism's existence under siege and advertising revenue setbacks having a larger impact, it is important now more than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism. You can help by participating in our "I Support" membership program, allowing us to keep covering South Florida with no paywalls.
