Ever get the urge to make like Gordon Ramsay or Tom Colicchio? You know, "This tastes like shit! Pack your knives and go!"

Well, at Rustic Cellar in Boca you can feed your inner megalomaniac in a blind wine tasting and judging set for Thursday, May 28. Beginning at 7 p.m. the Cellar will trot out five wines for tasting -- three reds and two whites -- wrapped in foil so all you know is the color. Then you swirl and sniff, sip and spit just like the judges as those fancy-schmancy wine competitions; kick around your thoughts about what you've tasted; and, after each wine has been revealed, vote on which will make the list and which will be, er. . . chopped.

Only the first 12 judges who plunk down $15 in advance will get to play, though if the number comes up short of the magic dozen, $20 at the door will get you in. Get buzzed on wine. Get drunk on power. Bwa-ha-ha-ha-ha!
