This Friday, November 16, Gulfstream Park will host a boxing doubleheader. The Don King event, which will be televised on Showtime, features two matches. Junior middleweights Omar "Oh!" Henry from Chicago will battle "King" James de la Rosa from San Benito, Texas in the first match. The second match pits Angelo "La Cobra" Santana from Miami against Juan "Johnny" Garcia from Holland, Michigan.

Tickets are priced from $25 to $200 and can be purchased online at gulfstreampark.com beginning Thursday, November 15 at 2 p.m. Doors open for the event at 7:30. Or you can watch the fights at home on ShowBox: The Next Generation at 11 p.m.

Either way, you'll need some cocktails, and this Knockout Punch was specially created for the occasion. The punch will be available all weekend at Village of Gulfstream Park restaurants Ill Forks Prime Steakhouse and Cantina Laredo. Or make it at home with this recipe:

The Knockout Punch

1 1/2 oz. rum
1/2 oz. lime juice
1 oz. orange juice

Shake, strain over ice into a hi-ball glass and top with a splash of Sprite.  Drizzle 1/2 oz. grenadine into glass and garnish with an orange and cherry.
