Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick is a felon. He pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges related to his sponsorship of a large dog-fighting ring -- he admitted in 2007 to setting up the ring, stocking the kennel with trained pit bulls, traveling to other states for dog fights, and "destroying or otherwise disposing of dogs not selected to stay with the ongoing animal fighting venture." He went to prison. He declared bankruptcy.

And it looks like he still had an easier time booking a South Florida wedding venue than new Miami Dolphins wide receiver Chad Ochocinco.

Ochocinco was rejected from the St. Regis, the Ritz, and the Breakers, according to TMZ, because "they didn't want to deal with any fighting or risk having their hotels portrayed in a negative light on camera" in Ochocinco's reality show.

Vick, however, is getting married at the Fountainebleau June 30, according to Gossip Extra, to the woman he proposed to shortly before he went to prison for murdering dogs.

Ochocinco finally found somewhere to get married, though the reported invitation that was leaked hides where it is. Maybe Vick had similar problems -- or maybe Ochocinco and a TV camera are harder to deal with than a convicted criminal and 300 of his friends.
