Clean Plate Charlie knows you like free stuff. We do too. We also know how much you hate surfing the net for deals and printable coupons. Since we like you, we've done the bargain hunting and found five deals for you, so go ahead and enjoy!

1. Smoothie King will give you a free Lean 1 smoothie when you buy one, when you sign up for its e-newsletter

2. During the last hurricane scare, we stocked up on these Metromint

waters and really liked them. They're extra refreshing

after a workout or on a hot day. We also recommend taking a swig before a date or job interview for instant minty freshness. Metromint comes in seven minty flavors,

but we'll stick with the spearmint. Click here for a BOGO coupon.

3. Chick-fil-A wants to treat you to breakfast from September 6-10. The catch? You have to make a reservation (yes, a reservation) online here.

After you reserve your spot, you can enjoy an item from Chick-fil-A's

dozen breakfast options like a chicken biscuit, sausage biscuit, spicy

chicken biscuit, multigrain oatmeal, or yogurt parfait.

4. Try Arby's new Smoking Chipotle chicken sandwich for free with this coupon

and the purchase of a medium drink and medium fries. The coupon is

good only at Broward locations (sorry!) and expires September 27.

5. What's better than a shopping trip to Ikea on Labor Day weekend? Free food for kids under 12! From

September 3 to 5, kids get a choice of any one combo meal (valued at

$2.49). No purchase or coupon required. Just bring the kid.
