Look outside your window right now! What do you see? If you said, "nothing but white stuff" you know without a doubt you're not in South Florida.
But if you see palm trees, a friendly bird, or maybe even a dolphin swimming in the ocean, you're in what the rest of the country likes to call, "f**k you".
Hey! Harsh language may not harm me but a slip and fall on the ice? That hurts!

Look, We're the lucky ones. And yes, even though last night got a little chilly, there's a big difference between having to put on a cardigan and being buried under a snow drift.
So, since it's Friday, we propose a toast -- to snow (or better yet, not having any) with one of these snow-related cocktails, courtesy of Ketel One.
Then sit back, relax, and be glad you're not this guy:
Midnight Snowstorm
1 oz. Ketel One Citroen
¼ oz. crème de violette liqueur
¼ oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 bar spoons berry jam
Champagne
Add Ketel One Citroen, crème de violette, lemon juice and jam into a cocktail shaker. Vigorously shake with ice. Strain into a flute glass. Top with champagne. Garnish with berries floating on top.
Snowflake
2 oz Ketel One Citroen
2 oz Godiva® White Chocolate Liqueur
Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a strawberry wedge.
The Melted Snowman
1 oz Ketel One Vodka
¼ oz peppermint schnapps
3 coffee beans
Place three coffee beans in the bottom of a chilled martini glass. Shake other ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and strain into martini glass. Garnish with a small candy cane.
