Trucks on the Beach
The festival's closing party features the diversity of Miami's food trucks hosted by Andrew Zimmern of the Travel Channel, who navigates food, wine, beer, and cocktail pairings of the city's street food. The Ritz-Carlton South Beach. 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Sunday, February 26. $95.
Momofuku Desserts Seminar
Christina Tosi from Momofuku Milk Bar whips up her favorite desserts for
you in this tasting from her cookbook. Miami Beach Convention Center. 5

Swine and Wine
A dozen chefs will be on hand to show off their pig roasting skills in this event hosted by The Cooking Channel's Debi Mazar and Gabriele Corcos of Extra Virgin. Mexican Foods and Tequila Seminar
