Broward County Restaurants Offering Valentine's Day Specials 2015

Come Valentine's Day, what could be better than gazing into your true love's eyes over a table of delicious treats and a perfectly presented champagne toast?

From an amuse-bouche to the sweet finale, here are a few dining-out deals, themed parties, and date-night options for Valentine's Day in Broward County.

Himmarshee Public House

If you're single, you might want to head to Himmarshee Public House to celebrate the holiday. The bar and restaurant is throwing an "Anti-Valentine's Day Party" on Friday, February 13, featuring special guest DJ Arok from Orlando. The party starts on 10 p.m. so you can ring in VDay without any mushy drama. Of course, if you're looking to wine and dine your sweetie, the mood changes on Saturday, when you can enjoy a special couple's package dinner and chef specials. There will also be a "Cupid's Red Dress Party" on Valentine's Day. Come wearing a red dress and receive a free glass of champagne after 10 p.m. pen seating and reservations are available. The entrée will be two six-ounce filet mignons accompanied by two six-ounce cold-water lobster tails, served with whipped potatoes, sugar snap peas, off-the-cob creamed corn, vine-ripened tomatoes, and spring onions. Desire a sweet finish? Try the chocolate lovers' dessert. Featured sparkling selections include Chandon Brut Classic ($19 by the glass, $48 by the bottle), Chandon Sparkling Rose ($12 by the glass, $48 by the bottle), and Etoile Brut ($18 by the glass and $75 by the bottle). The Living Room

Living Room at the W Fort Lauderdale is hosting a Valentine's Day affair inviting all singles. Upon arrival, guests will choose a colored wristband -- green, yellow or red -- to mark their relationship status. Green means go (you're single), red wristbands mean you're off the market, and yellow means you're on the fence about it. DJ A-Train will set the tempo for the evening with his eclectic array of beats and mashups. The second-annual Red Light, Green Light party brings guests a romantic night of intrigue featuring party favors and delicious cocktails overlooking the Atlantic Ocean at Living Room at W Fort Lauderdale. The hotel is offering lovebirds a couple's getaway with the simple pleasures of Florida beach living.
