For most of us, waking up early on the weekend (and let's face it, the weekdays, too) isn't easy. But caffeine helps, especially anything with mega doses of caffeine, like espresso — and lattes.

To help make an early a.m. rise a bit easier on you, South Florida Dunkin' Donuts has a very special offer. Now through Sunday, August 23, anyone in Broward, Palm Beach, or Miami-Dade counties wielding the Dunkin' Donuts application on their smartphone will be entitled to a $1 off any size hot or iced latte beverage.

Dunkin’ Donuts lattes are espresso-based, made from 100 percent Fair Trade, high-quality Arabica beans. If you're feeling fancy, you can customize your hot or iced lattes by adding flavors like caramel, mocha, hazelnut, and French vanilla. Through the end of August, Dunkin' Donuts will still offer specialty seasonal flavors like Chips Ahoy! and Oreo to their hot or iced lattes.

If you're feeling extra sluggish, you can even kick up the caffeine factor by adding a Turbo Shot or two — Dunkin' Donut speak for an extra serving of espresso.

To get the $1 rebate off your next latte, simply download the Dunkin' Donuts mobile application — available for both Android and iPhone users — at dunkindonuts.com. The app works as a virtual card, allowing you to manage and redeem Dunkin' Donuts Perks points, share beverage rewards with other mobile application users, locate nearby stores, and even sends updates on upcoming promotions and coupons for exclusive offers.
