​Self proclaimed whisper rocker Joshua Radin is coming back to Culture Room on November 11, this time as a headliner. Thanks to the popularity of his singles "I'd Rather Be With You" and "Today" Josh is picking up considerable steam in the indie/folk rock crowds.
