83. Sausage and Peppers From Hot Dog Heaven

Sure, the Vienna Beef Co. loves the Chicago dogs at Hot Dog Heaven, as it's the first shop to earn the title of "National Historic Vienna Hot Dog Stand." Who can resist a Vienna beef link on a poppy bun, dolled up with yellow mustard, neon relish, sport peppers, diced onions, fresh tomato

slices, a pickle spear, and the requisite dash of

celery salt? A perfect balance of tart, sweet, savory, and spicy have won hearts far from the core of Chicago.
