How easy is it to get confused by the numbers at Sisters Subs (66 Indian Trace, Weston, 954-385-6300)? Very. Despite the fact that only four sisters own the place, fifty-odd items on the menu are named for women -- such as the "Beverly" (egg salad, bacon, and cheese on a tortilla) and the "Gianna" (ham, salami, cappicola, and cheese on a kaiser roll). And while the good sisters sell about twenty traditional subs, you can also come up with your own combinations, which makes it even harder to work the digits. So let me help you with a hot tip, and I mean that literally. Take the pain out of making a decision and go to Sisters on Thursdays. That's when there's really only one choice -- the daily special, eggplant Parmesan on a toasted hoagie with tangy tomato sauce and just the right amount of cheese. The thinly sliced and breaded eggplant is so good the final figure that will be in your head when you walk out the door is zero -- as in, no regret.
