The big celebration of all things Italian is this weekend at Abacoa in Jupiter -- the Feast of Little Italy returns for its eighth year.

The festival, with every Italian food imaginable and many not, takes over the streets of this community in the style of the famed San Gennaro street fest in the Big Apple.

Cooking demos, winetastings, entertainment, and all those food and vendor booths are the hallmarks of the fest. Plenty of contests (pizza-eating contest, anyone?), kids activities, and even a bocce tournament are part of the event.

Cost is cheap! There's just a $5 admission, with free parking all around. Check the website for entertainment schedules.

Feast of Little Italy runs from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday.
