The avocado is a unique fruit, full of healthy fats. Avocados make guacamole. And now you can find guacamole — and the nutrient-packed avocado — on the Dunkin' Donuts menu.
This spring, Dunkin’ Donuts is introducing guacamole to its nationwide menu for the first time in brand history with the launch of its new Bacon Guacamole Flatbread sandwich. The sandwich is available all day, and will be served throughout May at participating Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants in the United States. The sandwich includes two strips of bacon, egg, reduced-fat cheddar cheese, and a new zesty guacamole made using Hass avocados, cilantro, and lime juice.
That's not all that's new, however. Additional new savory menu items include the Southwest Supreme Bagel, a plain bagel topped with melted Colby Jack cheese, corn, black beans, peppers, tomatoes, onions, and a blend of spices. There's also a Pretzel Roll Chicken sandwich, a breaded chicken fillet paired with bacon, white cheddar cheese, and honey mustard on an oven-toasted pretzel roll. Both are available for a limited time at participating Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants nationwide. Don't like the sound of the chicken sandwich? While it's still available, adventurous eaters can try the pretzel roll on any breakfast sandwich.
For the donut fans, Dunkin' Donuts is also offering two new varieties of Cheesecake Squares, including an Oreo Cheesecake Square and Raspberry Cheesecake Square. Both are filled with a cheesecake-like filling, frosted with white icing, and finished with raspberry-flavored candy — or crumbled Oreo cookies.
These food items aren't the only new selections to hit Dunkin' Donuts this month. As the weather begins to heat up around the country, the fast-food chain is also helping people sip away the summer months with a new Mango Passion Fruit Coolatta frozen beverage. The brand has even partnered with Arizona Beverages and Arnold Palmer Enterprises again for the return of the Frozen Arnold Palmer Coolatta, a fun way to enjoy the original half-iced-tea, half-lemonade beverage. Both Coolatta varieties are available at participating Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants for a limited time — and through May, guests can enjoy any small Dunkin’ Donuts Coolatta frozen beverage for $1.99.
